Planned water outage: Loerie Park

During the construction period, there may be temporary disruptions to municipal water services in the surrounding areas.

GEORGE NEWS - There is a planned water outage for a portion of Loerie Park on Monday 9 February from 09:00 to 14:00.

The following area will be affected:

Van Kervel StreetMeyer Street

George Municipality is undertaking the replacement of a water valve on the corner of Van Kervel and Meyer Street. During the construction period, there may be temporary disruptions to municipal water services in the surrounding areas.

Additionally, road users and pedestrians in Van Kervel and Meyer Street are advised to exercise caution and be mindful of construction activities. Flag personnel will be available to direct when necessary.
